earth mother
am I - no
wife or lover no
daughter - I am
sister to all I
greet and sit with,
sister to the trees I
pass by, sister
to the grass I lie,
mother in kin and
love, the touch of
hand on hand the
tenderness I give -
sister to all and
mother to none, earth
gave me bone I
give back love
then gone
